Wherever we or a trusted third-party service collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. When you make a purchase with a credit card, our payment processor stores your credit card data, ensuring that it is encrypted through PCI-DSS, then deletes the transaction information as soon as it is no longer necessary. We will never transmit sensitive financial information by email.

We encourage you to help protect the confidentiality and security of your account and personal information by reviewing your account periodically, installing the latest security updates and anti-virus software, using complex passwords (a minimum of 7 alpha/numeric case-sensitive characters), not reusing passwords across websites, not sharing your password, password protecting your devices, and signing out of website sessions, especially on public computers. You have the right to request this information up to two (2) times in a twelve (12) month period, and to designate an Authorized Agent to make a request on your behalf.

We will validate the information you provide and send a verification message to the email address you provide. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information outside of the situations detailed above, so we do not have an opt-out.

Section 15. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Unless permitted by the Act, we will not deny you products or Services; charge you different prices or rates; provide you with a different level or quality of products or Services; or suggest that you will receive a different price, rate, level, or quality.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy, and may apply any changes to information previously collected, as permitted by law. When we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on our Site and update the effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to the Terms of Service, a copy of which is available at the bottom of our website. Where there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
